Taking Advantage Of The Plastic Extrusion Process
The plastic extrusion process is used to make any item that is made out of plastic, from toothbrushes to plastic wrap. Plastic items are made by putting granular pieces of plastic into a large machine that melts the plastic into a liquid; it is then pumped into molds. When making items such as chip bags, or plastic wrap, the plastic is injected through a tube then spread into a sort of paper, then stretched and created into the shaped required. The plastic extrusion process has many more uses than most people think; plastic is used in so many items that are commonplace today. The plastic extrusion process is even used to coat wires that are used in homes, cars, and appliances. The extrusion process of plastic allows for the plastic to be reused and recycled again and again. Plastic really is a wonderful substance.
