If they are not familiar with businesses in their area that performs this service, they may search for it on the internet. The potential customer could type the words house painting service in a search engine, and click on the first site that appears on the results list. The websites near the top usually receive the majority of the business as a result of their placement. Search engine marketing is the term for this.
