There is another feature that is often highlighted during colocation hosting of data which is maintaining and scanning the server with anti virus and anti spam technologies which protect files from getting corrupt or infected. Most obviously all these lines of defence enhance data protection and assure the customer. Finally the possibility of a catastrophic act is ruled out by placing a copy of data with another server by consent of the user which acts as an insurance against data loss. The list of advantages does not get exhausted here. Customers can easily save space and reduce the traffic and hence reduce further on the running cost.
