Calling all lovers of baby thank you notes
Include the names of the expectant mother and host or hosts, shower location, date and time, directions, contact information for responses and questions, baby registry, shower theme and dress. Make sure you also plan for enough time to either order or prepare your baby shower invitations and mail them out well in advance of the shower date. The invitations should go out approximately two months in advance of the shower date and allow your guests two weeks to respond. This gives you enough time to invite others who may be on a back up guest list and provide the caterer with a head count or yourself with enough lead time to purchase and prepare an adequate amount of food and party favors. No matter what form they take, baby shower invitations are an invitation to good times and good memories.
